I don't know if I could relate. It depends on how big said mythical penis was.
Music withdraws suck, though. I remember my friend making a big slice on the tip of his index finger while using a knife to prepare a sandwich (Cutting the cheese, haha). He had to have a bandage around it. During the time that he had to have the bandage on, he would always complain about not being able to play the guitar, or not properly at least.
He also developed a strange fear of cheese. I'd fear the knife, but okay.
