that was a pretty lame joke,
good jokes sound a little bit more like this:
one day a mounted cop (cop that rides a horse) was patroling the streets. after a while, he saw a little kid rideing a bike.
cop "nice bike, kid. did santa give it to you?"
kid "yeah"
then the cop handed him a ticket and said "well next time tell santa to put a licence plate on it."
the kid looked at the cops horse and said "nice horse. did santa give it to you?"
cop: "yeah"
kid "well next time tell santa to put the d!ck on the bottom of the horse instead of on top!"
the point of the joke was to be lame as possible. and I made it up on my own.
